Kitchen On The Edge Of The World
Turning flavours into photos
In September and October 2025, we returned to Holmen Lofoten in Northern Norway to continue our collaboration with Kitchen On The Edge, a gastronomic experience set at the edge of the world.
This time, the kitchen was led by Ola Klepp, head chef of K2 in Stavanger, Norway, followed by Simon Rogan and his team from the UK, the minds behind L’Enclume and Aulis. Together, they brought their creative energy and deep connection to nature into Holmen’s raw Arctic landscape.
We documented moments of craft and connection, from the warmth of the kitchen to the wildness of nature. We’re already looking forward to returning in 2026.
