Kitchen On The Edge

In May 2025, we spent two weeks visiting our client Holmen Lofoten in Northern Norway. The aim of our visit was to support with photography and content creation, showcasing their unique gastronomy event Kitchen On The Edge.

We had the pleasure of experiencing and covering the talented Albert Franch Sunyer and his team behind the one star Michelin restaurant Nolla. Additionally, we captured the inspiring Ana Roš, the chef behind three star Michelin restaurant Hiša Franko in Slovenia.

We crafted with our hands, hiked the mountains, foraged the land, sailed the sea, and savoured the bounty of the Arctic. We can’t wait to continue this journey later this autumn.
